Gil Escoin`s bags production is focused to retail and industrial packaging (animal food, human nutrition, minerals or construction).
We can make it with different styles of handles or valves in a wide variety of designs and sizes.
The paper used in the bag’s manufacture is from top quality producers. We adapt the raw materials to the needs of the product and the client.
White, smoothed or MG and couché papers are available, with or without greaseproofing, as well as kraft paper, long fiber paper with high strength, or other recycled and FSC certified materials.
We offer an extensive catalog of production possibilities based on our experience, contemplating a wide variety of sizes, formats, solutions, valve models or paper compositions.

Design and Pre-Print Department
One of the greatest achieves of Gil Escoin is the Design Center, which can define the bag and the bag in all its aspects, from its format and technical solutions to the graphic elements.
We offer standardised print tests to the customer so that he can analyze the final result before production starts. They can be made from an idea or from a pre-established design.
For Gil Escoin, each customer is unique. We always find the best solution adapted to the product or to the packaging plant, offering a full range of production possibilities.
All designs are archived for later use by the customer, so that modifications can be made to previous models.

Flexo printing
Excellent printing results focused on customer satisfaction and environmental sustainability. State of art printers can reach a high speed per minute.
Excellent results in different materials. In Gil Escoin we are dedicated to the manufacture of paper bags and packages, making flexographic printing up to 9 colors with inks suitable for food on a variety of formats.
By using water-based inks, the carbon footprint and environmental impact is significantly reduced.
In the last 5 years we have acquired several flexographic printing equipment with which we have been able to drive R&D development to exceed customer expectations.
